Valentine’s Giveaway is a giveaway promotion run by Burgertory in partnership with Alba.
This promotion will run from February 14-29, 2024.
How to enter
All active followers who are Melbourne, VIC residents can join the giveaway promotion by following the Giveaway Entry instructions below:
- Order any item from Burgertory Melbourne branches either in-store or online.
- Register via QR Code, if ordered in-store.
- Follow Burgertory’s Instagram page @burgertory.au
NOTE: The “Valentine’s Giveaway” winner will be chosen from Burgertory’s follower pool ONLY. If this condition is not met, entry will be void and disqualified.
- Limited to one (1) entry per eligible user ONLY
- Each entry must be in accordance with the above stated Entry instructions
- Must be a Melbourne, VIC resident upon entry
- Orders must be from Burgertory Melbourne branches ONLY
- Entry must be submitted on or before 12:00 am (midnight) of February 29, 2024.
Giveaway Prizes
One (1) winner will be randomly chosen via raffle draw by Burgertory from entries from the official Instagram followers pool and will be announced via Direct Message and email on March 1, 2024.
The “Valentine’s Giveaway” prize consists of:
Alba Thermal Experience for two (2).
- Prize can only be claimed once
- Non refundable or exchangeable for cash
- Booking must be before January 29, 2026
Upon receiving notification from Burgertory, the winner should respond to the Direct Message or email to get further details on how to claim their prizes. Failure to do so within the next 12hours will result in a disqualification and a new winner will be drawn.
In participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all footage relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed and the Promoter using their name, image, and/or voice. The winners grant the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for such use.
Offer not valid for online orders via Ubereats, Doordash, Menulog and Google Food.
By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by the above conditions. Users who do not meet the conditions stated will be considered ineligible to join the giveaway and will be disqualified from the draw.
